There's a great variety out here to eat, but I prefer making my own meals in the truck. It's a lot cheaper and a lot better for me.
This first one is what I see a lot of drivers picking up when they're signing for their fuel, and I do too, occassionally.
This next one is what I settled for this morning, and enjoyed a lot more. It was completely prepared in the truck.
I did forget to add the grapefruit juice and coffee, so there was nothing missing in this breakfast. And the cost was about $3.00 and took about 30 minutes from the time I started cooking to when I finished eating.
Going inside to a restaurant usually takes about an hour, so not only do I save a lot of money on food, but I'm back on the road a lot faster and resume making money.
Seems like a no-brainer to me, which is healthier and more revenue friendly...
